Data Processing on this Internet site
CRP automatically collects and stores information in its server log files transmitted by your browser. Such information is as follows: the type of the used browser, the used operating sytem, the referrer URL (the site previously visited), the IP adress of your system and the time of server enquiry. CRP cannot allocate such data to specific persons. No joint use of this data with other data sources is made. And after a statistical analysis the data is deleted.
Security of Your Personal Data

Internet pages make use of so-called cookies in several places. These serve to make our offer more user-friendly, more effective and more secure. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer and are stored by your browser. Most of the cookies used by us are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically erased again at the end of your visit. Cookies cause no damage to your computer and contain no viruses.
Use of Facebook Plug-ins
These Internet pages make use of plug-ins of the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave., Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). If you call up pages of our Internet presence furnished with such a plug-in, a connection to the Facebook servers is made and the Internet page will be presented to your browser by the plug-in. Through this procedure the Facebook server will be told which of our Internet pages you have visited. If at the same time you are logged-in to Facebook as a member, Facebook will allocate this information to your personal Facebook user account. On using the plug-in functions (e.g. clicking the "I like it" button »Gefällt mir«, sending a commentary) this information will also be allocated to your Facebook account, something you can only prevent by logging-out before using the plug-in. Further information on the collection and use of the data by Facebook, as well as about your related rights regarding the possibilities of protecting your private sphere, can be found in the Facebook notes on data protection.

Only in exceptional cases, the full IP address is sent to and shortened by Google servers in the USA.
On behalf of the website provider Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website provider.

Photo and Filming
At the festival photo and film shoots will be undertaken by media and/or the CRP.
Those will be reproduced and used for documentation purposes via print, DVD, TV and/or Internet. By entering the festival and camping grounds each visitor agrees that these photos also reflect the person of the visitor and may be used without compensation for the aforementioned purposes.
After its invalidation the ticket is not transferable. A commercial resale of tickets is prohibited. Tickets may not be privately sold at a higher price than the printed ticket price plus the proven charges that have been calculated on the acquisition of the ticket. A violation of this condition leads to uncompensated loss of access authorization, this means the ticket loses its validity in this case, and the organizer is entitled without compensation withdrawal of the admission ticket.
